Very cute toy, but can be very annoying! This was probably my daughter’s favorite toy that she got this Christmas, and she got a TON of gifts for Christmas. For an 18 month old, this is a super cute (VERY annoying for the parents) toy. We love Grover (my daughter loves pointing and saying, “Grover!” or “Gro!” whenever she sees him) in this house, so I knew my daughter would love this toy. My 4 stars is because, I honestly feel like he could say/do a lot more things. The side button lifts and lowers the visor, “Hey, my visor is up!” or “Hey, my visor is down!” and then he will ask to push the red button to lower or raise the visor. The two arrow buttons literally just make a silly noise, “Bleebelelelehbleh” one being a volume raising button and one a volume down button one can assume, but he just makes a funny noise. but for a grover-and-remote-control-loving-baby (and what baby doesn’t love those things) this is a perfect toy What a weird toy, but for a grover-and-remote-control-loving-baby (and what baby doesn’t love those things) this is a perfect toy! The grover voice sounds just like grover, the audio is clear, the sound options are varied enough to remain interesting and prevent the insanity that sets in for parents from toys that make repetitive sounds. The armor eye guard comes up and down is a fun feature. I am generally not a fan of electronic noise makers, but the baby abandoned his quest to control our actual remote when this arrived, and he adores it. Five stars all day.

fun, loud My 11 month of nephew loved this toy. Its a toy remote control and makes funny noises (extremely loud, somewhat annoying noises) that children love. I actually bought this based on an online forum that had listed it as one of the most annoying toys for parents to have to deal with. I would agree with that statement because my sister has told me many times that my nephew loves this but it is incredibly loud and my brother in law cannot stand it. For that reason I give 5 stars as it fulfilled all my intentions.
