The major drawback is that the front and back covers are not very sturdy like a typical board book My 2 year old loves this book! The major drawback is that the front and back covers are not very sturdy like a typical board book. They are pretty much the same material as the individual pages and my daughter has already bent the front cover in half after only a few months use. Some of the flaps are very large as well so many of those have already been bent in half because they just got caught the wrong way when she closed the book and were bent backwards in half. Overall, it’s a nice little book but not the sturdiest.
